FiveStar Customer Service Strategies LLC is an educational, interactive and motivational customer service company established by Rita Suiter in 1999. FiveStar brings training directly to the client saving time and travel expenses and has partnered with clients in 17 states. All presentations and strategies are customized to meet the needs and expectations of clients.
Rita is a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management, an alumnus of the Disney Institute, a Certified Tourism Industry Specialist, a Certified Customer Service Specialist. a graduate of a Supervisory Management Program and serves as an annual instructor for the Southeast Tourism Society’s Annual Marketing College, the premier educational program for the tourism industry.
FiveStar’s diverse client base includes financial and educational institutions the healthcare industry, local, state and federal government agencies, retail and wholesale companies, destination marketing organizations, the tourism and hospitality industry, churches, utility companies and chambers/leadership entities.
