Who We Are
A Law Firm With More Than 20 Years In Combined Experience…
Some of us were born in North Georgia, others have arrived by divine guidance, good fortune, or just plain old luck. But all of us have stayed for love – love for our family, love for our community, and a love for our way of life. Our hope is that a positive experience with TLWLAW will help set the tone of the life you will have in our community for years to come.
What We Do
Since at least 1932, it has been the statutory policy in Georgia that only attorneys properly licensed in Georgia are authorized to close real estate transactions. (See the Georgia Law tab.) TLWLAW is committed to the notion that this gap between the people and the law is best bridged by an attorney who provides (1) a singular focus on real estate transactions; (2) simple, secure and steady avenues of communication; (3) a clear process with easy-to-follow procedures; (4) a fair and consistent fee structure; and (5) an understanding and utilization of the most up-to-date technology available in the industry. We hope that this commitment results in the most comfortable and seamless closing you’ve ever experienced.
What Separates Us From The Rest?
We can take the stress out of the closing process and ease your real estate legal concerns. We will provide you with an experience you will happily remember for years to come. At the end of the day, you will leave your experience with us fully informed and confident in our team concluding your matter. You will understand and see why our clients keep coming back to us!
Let’s Get Started
Traditionally (and by contract) the Buyer / Borrower selects the closing attorney in Georgia. If you have a real estate agent assisting you in your transaction, the agent can offer you a list of attorneys to choose from. Or (and preferably ☺) you let your agent know you’d like TLWLAW to close your transaction. The agent will place our name on the Purchase & Sale Agreement and will forward the same to us once your offer becomes binding. Once received, we will open a file and reach out to the parties to get the ball rolling.
